Which AI service we use
Ravvio uses Google Gemini (via the Google Generative AI / Gemini API) to power parts of our chatbot experience, such as natural language understanding and generating responses.
How data is used
We use AI to provide the Service (for example, answering questions, routing intents, and assisting with configured workflows). We aim to minimize the data sent to AI services and use it only as needed to deliver the requested functionality.
If you connect Google Calendar for booking, Ravvio uses Google Calendar APIs to check availability and create events. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising or unrelated marketing.
